Dear
Mister Plant,
I
have a book for you, ready to mail, but because of our dock workers’ strike,
no surface mail is being accepted at the PO. It would cost too much to send it
by air mail.
So,
when you read that our strike is over, you will know that a copy of my little
book is on its way to you.
Sincerely,
